Guys I unplugged bcm with battery connected to check connections. It started right up after but it said service traction and 4wd. Didn’t have those before so I disconnected battery

Now I have reconnected battery and truck will not turn over or do anything. Dome lights are on and radio says 1200

 

Scan and post the codes.

 

Truck started back up but hvac controls didn’t work. I then turned it off and now pass lock indicator comes on and it won’t start again.

I also had a service traction control and 4wd which I’ve never had before when it was running

i checked codes when it was running and it was a p0650 MIL malfunction

 

Don't start to scan for codes! KOEO.

 

Do some searching here for some common situations.

You may need a new battery

 

When testing any circuit for open or continuity/ resistance, it is imperative that all related terminal pin fit and tension be checked when disconnection of the connector or component, prior to any component replacement.

 

Fixed. The harness next to the bcm was not fully snapped in. It was connected but not tightly snapped. Thank you
