Default help! My h3 won't start!

I'm new to this but i figured who better to ask than fellow H3 owners. I own a 2006 h3 and it won't start. I drove into my driveway after work and after i drove through a car wash. I began cleaning my wheels in an attempt to shine them up and gloss my tires. The whole time i was listening to the radio (the vehicle radio). Well, when i went to turn it on... it didn't. It made a wierd rattling noise... as wierd as that noise sounded i still figured it was a low battery because my radio (aftermarket) was not working but the dome lights still worked. So i hooked up my battery charger, which has a "quick jump" function and that didn't work either. it still made that wierd noise. THEN the engine control system said "ABS failure".. i have no idea what that has to do with my truck not starting! Can anyone tell me whats going on??? Please help

I still think you got a dead battery. let it charge for awhile. the quick jump feature on most chargers isn't enough to start a totally dead vehicle

If your battery doesn't need a charge, make sure your cable terminals are good and tight against the battery posts. If your positive battery terminal is loose, you can turn your key and not get swat out of your starter. Then you can't even get the key to turn all the way back in order to remove it from the cylinder. Also make sure your free of corrosion around the cable terminal to ensure a solid connection.
