I started noticing a very small wet spot under the corner of the front skid plate the other day. I noticed that it felt and smelled like coolant. The fluid level hasn't dropped very much in 2 days of driving (it's not noticeable, if any) but I only drive 6 miles to work and back every day. Under the hood, it looks like there is some spray, and I found found some spray marks when I look through the grill. It looks like it's coming from that little corrugated hose, but I don't know what that is. I thought that was electrical at first. Please help!

That little hose is electrical, so it's obviously not coming from that....

 

I had a hard to track down leak and it was the radiator cap. It would leak for for a short time, then stop.

 

Check the radiator top tank. Looks like it may be the start of the dreaded crack that most Hummer H3 owners ultimately experience. They start off small and weep at first. Eventually they will grow. Check the top tank on the side that faces forward near the center support.
