Help diagnose this noise

Hello crew.. Need to run this by you all before I go further.

Low speed bumps. Getting a front end rattle that's making me insane. Had the steering wheel column recall done a while ago.

Sounds like a heat shield or ucp banging around. Everything seems tight. Just determined the noise Isnt present under braking. So rechecked shield behind rotor super tight. Was about to pull the wheel n noticed some slop in both sides of my front brake pads. kinda sounds like it could be it. Anyone had the same issue???

So my question is now, is there a hardware/spring kit that's holds the pads spread n firm when unapplied?
