Default Had to have my BCM reset and now have Crankshaft, Tranny and transfercase codes

I was one of the idiots that threw in a used BCM on my 09 H3T and miles went way up and no start, sent the original BCM to have the odometer corrected. When putting the BCM back in miles are correct and truck started. But noticed every start takes a moment and when driving it the truck revs high with less power. Checked codes and have the ones in the pic. I read that there's a relearn on the crankshaft position sensor. Also read that doing 55 mph for a bit and down to 45 and back up helps but haven't tried it yet since my brake lights don't work yet. Not sure on the rest. Does anyone have any ideas on this?

Multiple transmission codes.
Make sure the battery is fully charged & CLEAR THE CODES.
Drive & scan for codes again then post results.
