H3 won't start (in colder weather) Solutions?

No problem TAINTER, just trying to provide for possible future problems of others'.
Indeed DAKGANA, the dealership and myself thought it was a security issue. I use the term "thought" loosely because it might still be a problem. I can suggest the PCM to the dealership, but the cold weather seems to be an effect since it starts later in the day.
Oh I forgot to mention it didn't start this morning, so yeah its back at the dealership. If they can't/don't fix it this next time, it's officially a lemon and will be looking into purchasing/replacing for a 2010 Dodge Ram "Big Horn" Hemi.

@talusfan Yes it is. It's turning the engine over, but won't start. Everything works fine, all electronics, lights, radio, seats, etc, but the check engine light and security lock light come on and the engine doesn't start.

Just a quick thought... I can't remember if it was mentioned before... But have you looked at your battery terminals? Are they loose at all? Any play in them whatsoever? I had that issue for a little while and it was doing similar things... Eventually I replaced the terminals altogether... Just some food for thought...?
