Maybe onto something Tommy Boy... Powertrain Control Module

Not the BCM... However the BCM controls all things electrical interior... So it could have an effect...

No problem TAINTER, just trying to provide for possible future problems of others'.
Indeed DAKGANA, the dealership and myself thought it was a security issue. I use the term "thought" loosely because it might still be a problem. I can suggest the PCM to the dealership, but the cold weather seems to be an effect since it starts later in the day.

Oh I forgot to mention it didn't start this morning, so yeah its back at the dealership. If they can't/don't fix it this next time, it's officially a lemon and will be looking into purchasing/replacing for a 2010 Dodge Ram "Big Horn" Hemi.

Is the starter actually engaging and turning the engine over?

@talusfan Yes it is. It's turning the engine over, but won't start. Everything works fine, all electronics, lights, radio, seats, etc, but the check engine light and security lock light come on and the engine doesn't start.

Without seeing the truck, The Pcm would be my next choice.

Just a quick thought... I can't remember if it was mentioned before... But have you looked at your battery terminals? Are they loose at all? Any play in them whatsoever? I had that issue for a little while and it was doing similar things... Eventually I replaced the terminals altogether... Just some food for thought...?

I check the battery terminals as another option awhile ago, but they're good and tight. Plus I don't think it would start later in the day if they were corroded and/or loose.

Had same problem a few weeks ago. Towed to dealer, was ignition wires, under fuse box. Corroded, and touching each other, kept blowing ignition fuse. They replaced wires and fuse.

Thanks, I'll tell them that. So your problem consisted of turning over in the morning but not starting until later in the day?
