are you trying to get cone filters or the oem type panel filters? I would much prefer a cone filter that fits on the end of your pipe.

Well, I have two strikes on the filter quest. I am working on the third supplier. They just do not seem to be too interested right now? All I have to say is those are some wierd azzed air filters.

Everyone with an 08 keep emailing filter makers and tell them you want them to make one for your truck, soon they will listen, we hope.
Hey Doc...your intake even with stock filter would be an improvement over that mess that's on the Alpha now!

To give you all an idea of the culprit so to speak, here is a side view pic of the 2008 air filter. What is wierd is that the "seal" is thin AND in the middle, not on the top or bottom. I am working with another filter company to see if they are interested in busting loose this new aftermarket filter design NOW.............instead of later? Two previous makers did not actually say no, they said yeah we'll get to it??? No time frames given and I offered to pre-order 10 -20+. [&o] Give me a little more time trying to get a high flow performance filter going from this last mfg. I am starting to consider selling AirDoc tubes without any filter available so buyers could add one later when available, but that is not how I would prefer to do the 2008 models. I'm not ready to do that yet.
Certainly some filter maker will get this going when they think demand will justify it, so please keep emailing your favorite air filter mfgs and request a product for your 2008.

Any news on the filters for the 08 yet? I'm dying to install one so I'm getting a little anxious. I've seen ones around that say they'll fit the 08 but they either need a decent amount of modifications or adaptors or they've gotten bad reviews on this site, specifically the onesold by Blinglights on Ebay.

Unfortunately, no good news on the 08 Air Filters yet. [:@]

The 2008 H3 is basically done and ready, except for the filter, I will be doing a production run of 50 at the end of this month. Alpha about 3 weeks behind.

I may consider releasing the 2008 H3 without a performance filter on the market, and buyers could add one in as soon as some filter make steps up to the plate, but I am not in a comfort zone on that. I like to do thing right the first time. The stock filter is large, flows reasonably, but it is paper and restrictive. [&o]
