Default H3 PCV Port clogged ...??

My Garage Mechanic told me my PCV port is clogged / plugged. ( Doesn't have a PCV valve .? Have to replace the valve cover which they don't make any more and cant find on line.
Deep freeze this last month …… Some foam in Oil cap and around PCV port and in Air baffle. Random misfires Cyl 4 OBDII codes
Any one else have this issue. He did pressurize the Radiator 20 PSI no leaks ( Head gasket thought to be good ) .

Has anyone taken their valve cover off and cleared / cleaned the port ? Are we / he missing something ?

Thanks
Jaws

Thanks

Ok. I'll call b.s.
You can simply take the valve cover off and have at it cleaning out. Then replace the valve cover gasket. Ur done. Get the new hose to boot and your set.
This is really simple and not all that expensive. Even if you purchase your own new valve cover and gasket.
