H3 need help for sizing 20" with 35" tire

You will have rubbing with 35's only with sharp turns..go with 35's I have 0 problems and h3's look like **** without 35!s

Will 275 60 20 with a/t tires fit on 06 h3 without lift or level

This depends on the wheel offset of your rims, but if you have stock offset (+38mm) then yes they would fit.
