You need to stop this before you cause further damage. Just take those lights and throw them in the garbage. Then reinstall the oem lights and hope for the best.

if no power on high beams then maybe you blew a fuse. double check by putting back the OEM bulb.

I already put the old lights back in and the work fine. They switch from high to low beam. The orange wire is the only one that has power whether it's on high or low beam. The blue and orange never read on the volt meter or light the test light.

are you testing between blue (ground) and orange (low) then blue and pink (high)?

It's been awhile since I looked closely at the headlight wiring diagram, but IF I remember correctly, the High Beam switches on/off using the (+) side but the Low Beam switches on/off using the (-) side (or vice versa).

Resurrecting this thread -- I bought the same LEDs headlamps for my sister's H3 Alpha and ran into the same issue. Looking over the wiring diagram in the FSM, the "problem" becomes apparent: the wiring diagrams show a constant 12V supply to the lights, but the high beam and low beam filaments are actually turned off/on by connecting them to ground. When using these lights, the opposite is required -- ground is constant and 12V is toggled on/off for high beam and low beam. To make them work, you need a negative switched conversion kit. They exist on Amazon, but require a little wiring effort. I'm debating about whether to go forward with this or just get Beamtech H13 LEDs as Ejwins suggests.
