H3 has been making this whining noise heard in the video below for more than a few years but only when the weather gets cold. Temperature got as high as 1 whole degree in Kansas today so needless to say, the noise is very prominent. I've never noticed any issues that could be related to the noise either. The heat/HVAC system seems just fine. Also, the noise is loudest right through the upper vents at the top of the bezel.

Just curious if anyone has experienced the same sound or might have an idea on what's causing it. 2008 3.7L with 133,500 miles.
