Default H3 headlight no power in hi and lo

I'm replacing my sons headlights with LED headlights. Everything was fine and figured out the wiring but when I was about to finish hooking everything I found that I no longer have power to the two outside pins (hi beam and low beam pins). The middle pin that always has power still has power. I swapped out some relays for headlamp and hi/lo relay still nothing. Could it be the body control module? Any help would be great.

Break out the digital voltage meter and start testing. Continuity, ohms and dc12v. You clearly have a problem. I'd start by unhooking all the stuff and retracing my steps. Jmho

Check a wiring diagram. From what I understand. Turn the headlights on and the headlamp relay turns on and sends power to the headlights. Blue wire. There might also be power there because of daytime running lights. Ground wire, low beam, dark blue, goes through the Hi/Lo relay. Turn on the high beams and the Hi/Lo relay gets triggered, no ground at the dark blue wire and now grounds the pink wire. colours may be different depending on year. Notice two separate relays.
