A good laugh !!
OK, so I entered "Championship Edition" into my search and got nothing. Actually I wasn't even sure what a "Championship Edition" is so I looked it up.
Hummer is preparing to launch the H3 Championship Edition later this year with an expected base price of under $40,000. Powered by the same 300hp 5.3L V8 engine found in the H3 Alpha, the new edition features numerous off-road improving upgrades such as an off-road suspension package, fender flare extensions, rocker panel protection, under-body shielding, and a black brush guard.
Setting the Championship Edition apart from lesser H3’s is the exclusive ultra silver metallic exterior with matching grille, red brake calipers, 16 x 17.5-in aluminum wheels, and a special hood decal. Those wanting a little more luxury in their special edition will want to checkout the options list, as the interior comes standard with cloth seats.
After reading this I'm not even sure a dealer would know what it is. I guess if you have one then hang on to it for 30-40 yrs and see if it goes collectable. To date I haven't see any Hummer H3's in a Mecum or Barret Jackson auction.

I don't think anyone is discounting your enthusiasm about your Hummer. Reality is right now the demand isn't there. My Dad collects National Geographic magazines. That doesn't make the issues he has worth a lot of money today. In 50-75 years maybe as some of the earlier editions are now collectable. I think the point is if you store anything for a long period of time it will eventually become somewhat collectable. I watch the Barrett-Jackson and Mecum auctions a lot and I've never seen an H3 come across the auction block. What that indicates to me is from a collector's standpoint there is currently not a demand for them. Nobody can predict the future although Nostradamus tried.

Many people collect things, does that make them antique or collectible? - NO (Beanie Baby's, Nat Geo Mags, ****, Old Nuts-N-Bolts, Finger nail clippings, etc.)
Many people have antique (OLD) items, does that make them collectible or valuable? - NO (Rocking chairs, Tools, plates, VCRs, Phonographs, Beepers, etc.)
Many people have items that they believe are valuable, does that make them collectible or valuable? - NO (Watches, Photographs, Player Pianos, Jewelry, Phonographs, etc.)
Demand is the thing that makes an antique or collectible VALUABLE
Only time will tell, but the more scarce an item is the more the perceived value rises if there is demand.
H3T Alpha OffRoad - My guess is collectible and valuable down the road. A LOOOOOOOONG way down the road.
Well said Taint.
I have a friend that consistently confuses Old with Value.... and Rare with Value. Comical.
Just one example: He had an non-digital Sony TV Monitor with separate Tuner and Speakers that he paid like $2200 25 years ago. Kept telling me they do not make them any more, these things were expensive, they are rare. The Tuner had the ability to tune in like 40 total channels. Completely useless IMHO. He kept asking... what should I do with this classic jewel. I told him toss it in a dumpster.
Last year the monitor and tuner both died, it went to the electronic recycle fair at the library.
