Fuse #12 Transfer Case Module - Keeps Popping

2009 Hummer H3 Base - 124k. Checking out fuses and found that the #2 spot for TRANSFER CASE MODULE was burned out. Put new 30 fuse in place but it burned out in a short amount of time. Any suggestions on what might be tripping it? Thanks!

follow the harness down to the transferase and look for shorts they usually happen at parts where the harness rubs on something metal

Check the connector to the T Case module under the truck.

Has it been wet, like in a parked or stuck in a deep puddle for more than a few minuted since you have owned it?
