Default Front Differential Bushing

Hello, I have read many threads on Front Differential bushings including discussions of rubber vs poly, methods of pressing out/in bushings and the need for modifying the bushing before pressing. The good news is I have a local shop willing to press out the old and in the new. Given that a machine press will be used, will any of the following options (pulled from other threads) required modification?

EBay: Front Differential Bushing Hummer H3

These are relatively inexpensive. Any insight on the quality? Any strong recommendations on what to go with?
Does anyone have the torque specs on the bushing bolt and the crossmember bolts?
Thanks in advance.

Interesting, the install procedure for the kit looks complicated for the crossmember bushing:

Is it not a straightforward press out and press in with ‘normal’ bushings?

I went with Moog - part convenience and part name brand.....twice the price but still only $35....

Still open to input on whether the old will press out with a machine press and no cutting/mangling and the new will press in without modification.

Yes, the OD instructions are a bit crazy, overkill, and not clear. The product looks top-notch, though. Keep in mind the OD kit is not a press-fit bushing.

You shouldn't have any issues pressing out/in the bushing with a shop press.

Been here done that. This is not a simple press it out! At least not for lil ol me. I had to drill, cut, beat, bash and cuss to get it out. Putting it back in was a bastard. Just b 4 warned.

I dropped the cross member and took it to a local shop. They pressed the old one out and pressed the new one in. Took about 15 minutes once they got to it. Took longer to drive to the shop than it did to have it swapped out. Cost me about $40. Good luck.......

That’s what I was hoping to hear. Headed to the shop this morning. 🤞
The shop owner let his guys use the machine press on the side… They only ask for a “donation“… Plan to give them 20 bucks….more if it takes them a long time

Wow, that kinda kindness and price have pretty much evaporated around here. 😆
For mere mortal like me anyway. Seriously $20? I wish! The free tool service provided by Autozone (which is awesome by the way) doesn't provide a tool strong enough.
so, drill, cut, bash, cuss lol.
