Default Found an issue with leveling kit,,,

I have 35 tires and a leveling kit wit extended shackles and air bags on the rear. Love how she sits and not stupid up in the air but nice, after 25,000 miles the angle this puts on the front CV axles have caused the boots to began seeping grease.I wonder if anyone makes a 2 inch drop for the front differential which will correct the axle angles ?, Other option is I found some aftermarket neoprene boots that say" for lifted trucks" they are suppose to be able to handle the angle. Any suggestions?

I'm currently unaware of a drop kit for the front. Lol! That doesn't mean much though. I would definitely check some of the sites that deal with dropping aka slamming suv,s.

If you are over 23.5" hub to fender, you will tear up cvs

according to the aftermarket silicone boot writeup ,they have a open up boot flex so it dosnt rub against itself causing failure? dont know , I will measure for 23.5

Center of wheel hub to fender should be no more than 24" max.

I'm at 24.75", Longer shackles out back, Oct 16 will make a year.
Wheeled regularly
Broke a front pinion & toasted a Transfer case.

Somehow I'm still on STOCK 70K mile CV shafts, stock boots, no leaks.

I,m shackled in the rear also. will measure mine today. The rubber rubs against itself on the top side of the boot from angle. boot leaks in the seam. aftermarket seams/folds are wider to prevent this and found Silicon boot kit for 25 bucks.

I,m at 23.75 in. angles dont look bad. just that the boot rubs against against itself. Aftermarker boots and call it done,
