Default Electrical question.

Hello guys, first I want to thank everyone who helped me figure out that start issue and resolve it. I been fixing the hummer and get it working perfectly again with all you guys amazing help.

lastly, after the last mechanic ripped off my security system and didn’t put everting back correctly I am having some electrical problem

1- on the dash I get service charge system
I know the battery and alternator is fine it showed up after he took off the security system there are wires everywhere under the steering wheel it’s a mess

2- the car don’t light up no more when you open the door. It was working fine before the security system as well. I am pretty sure it’s something with the wires

3- my rear view camera don’t get power so I am trying to rewrite it and get it working again

4- don’t have check engine code but when I pulled the codes I got
U1000 class 2 data link multifunction
P0719 torque converter/brake switch B circuit low

this all happened after the security system got out and I am pretty sure the mechanic who was trying to figure out my start issues didn’t put the wires right and caused other problems

it’s a 2007 Hummer H3

thanks a lot guys

u1000 is a problem with any of the module on the class 2 data line that is not communicating or bad. class 2 is usually body or interior.... radio, seats, lighting, windows, mirrors, locks, memory functions, body control and so forth. usually there is a connecter that they all connect to that you can use to help disconnect one by one instead of pulling all your modules. maybe he cut some of the data lines? they are usually a twisted pair of wires like a helix sometimes green and white. every module has a set.

thats very possibly because all those started once he took that aftermarket remote start/ security system off and now I am stuck with all those problems and not sure what wires to look at and all that to try to put everything back together to make it function well again
