Does injectors need reprogramming after replacement?

Ps: can a faulty valve give intermittent problem?

A bent valve is not intermittent. Carbon deposits can be intermittent and also damage the valves. Induction cleaning first.

This is the 2nd time.

You could say : grease cannot be cleaned with hot water.
