I started pouring a little wheel cleaner into the drain holes. It cuts the grime and should be safe for rubber drain lines. Once it's cleared the drain a little bit, follow up with the air compressor to clear it out good.

Update - my H3 is now leaking every time it sits in the rain for more than a few minutes. Can anyone tell me where these drains are located? And, if anyone has a picture of these drains, can someone post? I looked a few days ago (I was rushed) and didn't see them. I will look closer today, but thanks for any additional info.

Check to see if your sunroof is closing properly. All 4 corners should be almost flush with the roof. If not, to calibrate, open to the vent position and hold the switch for about 30 seconds. The glass seal is the first defense, the drains are the second. It shouldn't fill the drain troughs too quickly unless it is a heavy rain for a long period or the glass is not sealing by either a bad seal or adjustment. On the 3 H3's that I have had, even in a heavy rain, very little water gets into the drain troughs. Sounds like you may have 2 contributing factors.

I just noticed today while going through the car wash my sun roof leaks as well. it only leaked while the HIGH pressure jet was shooting right at my soon roof. just a small amount of water shot through and hit my in the drivers seat. It also leaked while going through the dryer.I haven't noticed it leaking while it's been raining

Default the're all leaky, some more leaky than others

the roof window has to leak, it cannot NOT LEAK,they all do, AROUND THE RUBBER SEAL.
you want to minimize that. rubbing with silicone grease periodically will help.

when they dont drain,,,thats when people say they leak, like through the headliner,or down to the floor through the pillars, because the drains,4 of them are not flowing properly.

if you could dam up 3 inches of water on your roof,it would leak through slowly and if the drains are working properly you may not get a drop in the wrong place.
so the question should have been,"does your sunroof leak, around plugged drains"?

so if the're plugged, read all about it in a hundred posts, how to treat them, and dont drip draino on your seats.

drtom is correct. The seal around the glass is not intended to be water tight. It reduces large amounts of water so the drains don't get overwhelmed. It also keep out debris.

so are you guys saying it's normal for me to see small drops of water come in when the high pressure jet is right over it?

No....that's NOT normal. The water will/can get past the seal, but the drains tubes, (if working properly and not clogged), will drain it out of the tracks.
