Cold air intake

Hello, I'm a new H3 owner. I have a 2008 and in the market for a cold air intake to boost power and mileage. Does anybody know if there is one that is street legal in California?

I had a CAI on my truck when I lived there and CARB never had a problem with it installed.
Check out the link from Bunger, above, that is what allot of this forum H3 owners are using.
