Default Code p0014

Just got a code today p0014
i got it before a while back and I did a research some people said it’s the vvt so I changed that and I changed the cam sensors too and the oil

Like few months later I got it today again

anyone knows what else that could be ?

What is the trouble code?
P0400 EGR
P0040 B1S1 & B2S1 connectors swapped.

Code:P0014
Definition:Exhaust Camshaft Position (CMP) System Performance
Description: DTC P0017, P0335, P0336, P0365, P0366 are not set. The engine is running. The system voltage is between 11-18 V. The ECM has enabled the CMP actuator and commanded greater than 0 degrees. DTC P0014 runs continuously when the above conditions are met.
Cause:The difference between the desired CMP and the actual CMP angle is more than 3.75 degrees for 13.5 s.

does that mean the cam like gets stuck? What can be the fixed for that?

I replaced that piece when it first came out and changed the oil and everything was fine for a while then I got the code back… so confused is it possible that because the piece is not oem it’s a piece of junk?

Ding, ding, ding..
Try to get an oem, acdelco.
Also inspect wiring. Verify your receiving proper signals at each wire. Voltage, signal, grnd, etc.
