Hummer H3 For the Hummer driver who wants the rugged look and off road capabilities of the Hummer, but in a smaller size and with a more fuel economy friendly engine.

Can I install a used FPCM from same truck/engine without programming?

What is the F for? 2006s have 2006 only PCMs. 2007s have 2007 only PCM, 2008 - 2010 have the same PCMs and use a TCM to control the AT.

Well, after reading a couple posts about this it now has popped back into my memory that back when I was using HP Tuners on my 09 Alpha it does show that module when you get ready to load a tune, and you want to uncheck it because you are not going to make any changes and if you leave it in as a module to write, you have to buy another HP Tuner credit for nothing. I do not recall seeing that on earlier H3s, so it all starts to make sense... sort of.
