Default Battery reaching end of life?

If I don’t start my truck in one or two weeks the battery dies. might be getting close to three years.

I last bought it from the dealership, any recommendations what to get next and where?

2007 H3, 113k, Factory Radio

Most Auto Parts stores (regional/national chains) will replace your battery free after you buy it from them. Three years is no worries unless you have let it die repeatedly. I had one that went 9 years before it puked in one of the kid cars.

You may have a parasitic drain that needs to be tracked down. If you are still using the OEM Crappy Azzed Battery Terminal Connectors, I would immediately replace those with a quality aftermarket set like Stingers or your favorite brand and see what that does for your problem. Known #1 mod needed for every H3/H3T Colorado/Canyon. Search it out and you will see just how crappy the OEMs are.

You have a parasitic draw on your electrical system.
What is not stock? Radio, amp, alarm, lights, any switches in the interior, etc?

2 weeks, not a parasitic draw! I recommend to monitor battery voltage! This past year was mostly 1-2 mile trips, shut off, restart, drive home. I never gave the alternator enough time to recharge the battery. I give the battery some attention when I see 12.2v with an all day 2amp charge.
Here's a cheap(less than $5) voltage tester without opening the hood + battery voltage chart:

There are a bunch of I5 H3s that have suffered the parasitic draw problem. Some caused by the rear wiring harness to the license plate light rubbing the chassis = short, poor Battery Terminals Connectors making inconsistent input/output voltage, wet BCMs and/or TCCMs including the harness to them. That is before we even think about aftermarket add-ons.

omedus, when you start a thread asking about your H3....... always: Year; Model (H3s 4); Miles; recent mods and or work done that may impact your issue.

Thanks guys.

A few years ago I had parasitic draw after
installing aftermarket radio, put back factory radio and new battery.

Dealership thought it was the aftermarket radio, everything else is original-

Does that mean I can never install aftermarket radio I wanted one with the camera

Either it was installed incorrectly or it may have been the adapter harness or possibly have been a bad head unit.

I have an Alpine ilx-w650 with a backup camera like a ton of other people here, no issues.

The nasty thing with battery.

They get old and die.

The demise of the new tech move as well...
