My truck was throwing codes for the secondary air pump failure so I replaced the pump as well as the injection valve. Cleared the codes, drives well and doesn’t come back. Turn the truck off, comes back soon as soon as it starts up again. What could be causing it to come on? Codes are P2431, P2432, P0411. Should I just bite the bullet and take it to the shop?

 

Id check the inner workings of the fuse box and make sure it isn't green crusties galore.

 

The codes come on because the condition still exists after your ignition on/off cycle. Have you checked your intake manifold fasteners to see if they vibrated loose?

You have the codes, look them up and rule out wiring, Happy Hummer gave a good first place to look. Look at the PCM wire harness for any possible issue.

Easy stuff. How many miles on your spark plugs?
