Yeah that looks a lot like the Base Luxury model. And look at the image he posted with the dash...it doesn't have the transfer case switch with that rear locker switch that the Alphas and Adventure packages have. Isn't that true @Doc Olds that the Alphas come standard with the second rear locker switch? Guess it could have been replaced with a standard TC switch but yeah, lots of signs pointing to non-Alpha. Including the backwards installed driver's seat headrest lol
Rear locker on an '08 Alpha was an option. Don't have it on mine.

An Alpha does NOT have any locker. An Alpha Off Road adds in the adventure pkg to include the lower ratio T Case plus a locking differential. ** see below** depends on year whether just rear, or front and rear.

Kinda amusing how these things get confused. A few years ago in Ouray, I met a self anointed H3 expert (said he was involved in the H3 project) that swore that the Championship Edition was NOT available with the Lux interior and my rig sitting a few feet from him with Lux interior.
