Any H3 owners modify their rear end or transmission to improve hauling ? My H3 3.5 rollings like a champ in the snow and sand but once you add a trailer the weight of my 3 quads has it dragging , climbing a hill, well forget about that..its a struggle. Any advice would be great, thanks

You already have the highest numerical (lowest ratio) gear set you can fit in the front 7.6 diff (4:56s).
Contact PCM4less about a tow tune, get a CAI setup and some "helper" air bags if she is sagging in the rear.

Your trans is not an issue, same trans in many other GM trucks with much higher towing capacity. As Tainter said, gears are already best you can do.
You need to grow your motor some ***** (as an alternative expression to Dagkana's ). Intake, PCM tune & Efan conversion, CAT back exhaust, you can also get a port/polish job to the Throttle Body.
The main limiter to towing with a 3 is short wheel base and 5000# of truck.
