Default Not wanting to start

I got a 2007 hummer h3 , I just finished rebuilding the engine , putting it all together was ready to start it plugged the battery and opener the door and the alarm went off . I was able to turn it off, tired to start it it crank but no start, checked fuel pump here is fuel pressure
I don’t think it’s the pass lock because I did a turn with pcm of nc and they disabled that

What else could it be?

I apologize, I been dealing with for hours in freezing cold. I took the engine out. Rebuilt it, put it back together , tried to start it it crank but no start, I checked for codes, there was none. I checked for fuel pressure , it’s good. The pass lock is disabled so it won’t be that. The car still crank but no start. I checked grounds and they all good and solid. What could cause this? The cam sensors are not that old. Crankshaft sensor is brand new. I made sure timing was perfect when I put it all together.
I just want it to start and run good! I am so tired

Just because it is new does not mean its good. Crankshaft sensor recheck with a different unit to verify. All grounds are clean and tight? Correct! Dbl check everything after you have rested, its bound to come to ya.

Check all your connections with the engine harness and anything else you disconnected to do the engine pull. Either you missed one, or something is not properly connected.

did you reconnect the neutral safety switch on the transmission? is the transmission selector on the transmission in park or neutral? it wont start in gear or disconnected.

you mention an alarm going off. did you add an aftermarket alarm? if so does it have a kill switch? if it has remote start is the ignitioncoil tach reference signal still connected to the harness to the alarm?
is the transmition physically in park. maybe shift cable is not on since you hade the engine out?
