You have already R & R the T-case, tested it thoroughly and it is working properly now?

Yes, I understand that and yes I disassembled the tcase to find the issue. Currently awaiting a new fork. I would make this thread as solved but I don't see an option for that.

I hope that an updated shift fork will solve your customers issue. In most cases it does.
If you haven't reassembled the Tcase and tested it... nothing has been solved, right?
