Default Another 2006 misfire question

Hi all.
2006 H3 I5, 95.7xx miles.

Runs rough with obvious misfires, feels like it’s gonna stall (sometimes does) but not always.

It tends to smooth out with raised RPMs

Hot or cold doesn’t SEEM to matter but truck can be running like death and within a few minutes it smooths out and purrs at 700 rpm. It USUALLY smooths out after being driven for a while, and then will run like crap even when warmed up if it is briefly shut off and restarted minutes later.

I scrubbed the (filthy) throttle body and cleaned MAF small improvement but not much. Also used Marvel mystery oil in fuel and oil.

I replaced the crankshaft sensor and did the manual relearn.

Read codes:

P00106 (manifold absolute pressure/ barometric)

P0121 (throttle/pedal position sensor)

P0300 (random multiple misfires)

P0017 (crankshaft position/ camshaft position)

Not sure of next step?

Plugs?
Coil packs?
Vacuum lines?

Or does it seem I’m facing the dreaded valve problem?

Thanks in advance.
John
