Default Airbag assembly question

So I took my steering column apart. Everything is going well minus one thing. It's time to put the airbag back in and well... I have two two wires that clearly have a place to go and I have a third green wire where I am not sure where it goes nor do i remember where i took it off from.

Electrical connection for the Green wire(horn) is to the left of that 0301109 sticker.
Pull the battery cables and touch them together before you connect the air bag.
I would also pull the air bag fuses...
