ABS fault and t/c failure

I recently had to change the both front wheel bearings hub attached on my 2006 Hummer H3 and since that change was mad my abs light is on along with my traction control not for just one of the sensors but for both. I've tried everything to get these lights to turn off to no avail. Are there any ideas why they even came on out there and any ideas on how to fix the problem? Thanks

MOVED, avoid posting anything in the H3 FAQ Section, just like it says, this ain't an FAQ.

Welcome to HF. Get it scanned (not a simple OBDII Reader) and post the codes, that will tell us all where to be looking for the fix.
