2009 H3 water inside vehicle near emergency break
2009 H3 has water coming inside the vehicle where the emergency break is....only happens when it rains. Can anyone tell me how to fix this? It is not the sunroof, and the door seals are in good shape.
Welcome to HF.
Water flows down because of gravity. Could be coming from the windshield, from the wiper/cowl well, clogged sunroof drain that has not been maintained, broken RivNut for a Roof Marker Light (you did not specify if you have them), or under the trim along the top fin front of the Roof Cross Bar Track.
Get out a hose, start low, wet the wiper/cowl tray. Stop, get in under the dash with the side kick plate pulled and LOOK. If it stays dry, go to the windshield, them the roof until you see where it is coming from.
Why did you say "it is not the sunroof"? How do you know? Have you done the fix? Have you tested that the sunroof tray drains properly? When was the last time you cleaned out the drains?

Yes I do.
1) find the source of the leak.
2) repair the problem.
If you followed my suggestions you might get there. Watching in the rain will likely NOT work because the entire truck is getting wet. You were looking at water after it entered, not a point of intrusion.
You need to pinpoint the application of water at specific places one at a time, starting low and working higher while looking for the point of intrusion to find it.
Add to my above list. Remove the left/driver A Pillar Interior Trim to look for the leak source once you get above the wiper/cowl tray.
Good luck.

Follow the steps above to locate the leak. Have a helper with a water bottle or hose on low start from the bottom up and soak each area for 30 seconds while you are in the cab with the door closed upside down with a flashlight looking for water!
...^^^ This.
X2 on exactly what DOC said.

I had the same issue as you once, heavy rainstorm, water dripping on my feet as I drove. The cause was that the passenger side sunroof drain hose was disconnected, water made it's way inside the headliner, finding the route around to the driver's side and then down the A pillar and out where the emergency brake is.
