Default 2007 Hummer H3 No Start

I have a 07 H3 and drove it home and parked it and went back to drive it next morning and will not start...spins over fine...only code its shows is for Crankshaft Position Sensor Relearn ( I put a new sensor in it to eliminate this) ,,I have replace the Passlock sensor on the key switch...Battery is good,,did the relearn on Passlock sensor several times..Security light comes and goes..iit has 155000 miles..i have cleaned all connections for pcm and bcm..I have a top notch scanner and its not finding anything as far as codes except the CPS Relearn..Any ideas on what to check next would be greatly needed...

it is finding something wrong.
as it states you need to do a relearn. start there. if you got an aftermarket part then the air gap might be off or there is some obstruction like corrosion keeping it from fully seating.
will it start fine with the original sensor? if so then there is another answer to the question. china knockoff?

then recheck the hole it goes into for corrosion buildup it must sit completely flush to clean metal and that the new sensor is exactly the same length from mounting ear to tip as the oem one. also make sure the mounting tab is not bent or that it does not flex. carquest brand could be a factor as well.
if your scan tool allows look at the ckp signal for consistency
