Unhappy 08' H3 Alpha Radio Sensitive to outside temp.??

I have noticed a pattern with my radio If it is less than 45 F. The radio (display & all) may not come on and may or may not come on that day. If its 50 F + I have no issues. Stock Radio haven't had anything replaced & all recalls have been fixed . (is what the dealership tells me). Thanks

Early signs of failure. My last truck, the OEM radio display failed, it would continue to play the radio, but you could not change the station, volume.... etc while the display was out. Occasionally it would come back on and acted fine for a day or two, until it puked a few weeks later.

I would suggest you begin a search for an aftermarket unit and be ready to move when your current radio gives it up.

I do have a question, are you still using the crappy azzed OEM Battery Terminal Connectors?
