Hummer wont start just hear a clicking sound. I was told it was starter so i changed it and also changed to a new battery. But still have same problem, connected OBDII and got P0449 but was told this should have anything to do with h3 not starting also checked all fuses and everything seems fine. Any other suggestions?

Is the "new battery" fully charged? FYI they do not come that way off the shelf from the auto parts store. Check the oil for level and quality.

Any recent work done, issues happening just before your no start situation occurred?

Are you still using the crappy azzed OEM Battery Terminal Connectors? If so, hack them off and replace with a quality aftermarket set like Stingers or your favorite brand. They are THE #1 mod to do to every H3 as the OEM are garbage and known to fail by creating many electrical Gremlins.
