Sell the 07 and buy a 2008+ H3 Alpha = swap complete. Failing to listen to this advise will rack up unnecessary spending, headache and hours spent trying to make your swap road ready and reliable.

Best advice ever. Swap to an alpha, and you saved 50% of the headache and cost. If the 5.3 isnt satisfactory, any gen IV will drop in and start right up, no troubleshooting required and by selling the 5.3 aluminum block you get back some money.
