06 Hummer no crank!!
Well here is my first no crank issue. It was running fine moved it to a different spot in the driveway. Few days later I went to start her up and nothing. All lights are working, radio etc.. battery is new. It threw the following codes
P0116, P0223, P2101 and P1516. I've also tried the Security bypass hacks and none of them work.

The P0116 code on a Hummer H3 indicates an issue with the engine coolant temperature sensor or circuit.
The P0223 code is triggered up when the voltage output from the throttle/pedal position sensor/switch to the powertrain control module is too high.
The P2101 code on a Hummer H3 indicates an issue with the throttle actuator "A" control motor circuit range or performance
The P1516 code is caused by problems with the throttle actuator control (TAC) module, a damaged throttle plate, wiring issues, or a powertrain control module issue

Are you still attempting to use the Crappy Azzed OEM Battery Terminals? If so cut them off and replace with a quality aftermarket set like Stingers or your favorite brand.
Having a "new" battery really means nothing. You/we need to know the battery voltage at rest. Sitting a few days with a parasitic drain can kill it, but leave enough juice to run lights etc... Not like a cup half full, a vehicle battery with 11.8 volts is DEAD.
Get yourself some CRC Electronics Cleaner and clean the connectors to the Throttle Body and Accelerator Pedal, check the wiring harness for compromise, cracks, frays, rubbing etc...
