I am looking for a rebuilt heavy duty high performance BW4484 transfer case with 32 spline in & out with the best of everything & strongest of everything.Does anyone have any recommendations where I can purchase such a unit??
I currently have a stock OEM rebuild transfer case with a heavy duty chain coupled up to my LSA motor and 6L90e transmission and it hasn't lasted 20,000Km. This is already my second transfer case so I need to find something extra heavy duty to handle the excessive power.
Any help would be appreciated, thank you.

 

You might want to abandon the BW4484 and switch to a selectable 2wd case like the 263xhd. These are very potent and should handle the torque of the LSA plus burnouts will be much more fun.
