I have H2-2007 base model, i have been facing a issue for last few weeks. Whenever i am filling gas, the pumps keeps stopping due to vapour detection. What might be the issue and what should be the solution?

Will appreciate all the advice i can get.

i second the notion. canister vent valve. check it.

 

That or the canister itself has been filled with liquid. On many vehicles you can actually get liquid fuel into the charcoal canister itself if you keep topping up past when the gas pump clicks itself off due to back pressure. What happens is the tanks gets full, then fuel starts filling up the filler neck itself until it gets to the evap vent tubes at which point liquid fuel can run to the vapor canister. On some vehicles this cannot happen due to the location of the canister and/or tubing but I'm not sure on our H2 as I've never really looked at the setup on ours. Still something to be aware of that many do not know can be a problem. As others mentioned though, probably the valve is stuck closed which will cause the pump nozzle to get too much backpressure and click off incessantly.
