What lift?
#2
The only 3" front lift is cranking re-indexed torsion keys. The problem is anything more than 2" on the torsion keys puts all of the front suspension under a lot more stress with bad angles. If you crank keys on the torsion bars enough to hit 3 inches it will ride like total crap for one, you will need to get longer front shocks as the stock ones will get over extended and be ruined very quick, then it will also wear out the upper ball joints and other components much faster as well.
The shortest proper lift kit still made anywhere I think is 6 inch and will run a couple grand. On the rear it is generally pretty simple unless you have air suspension. If you have that, lifting the rear gets much more complicated but is doable.
On mine, I did go the cheap route with re-indexed torsion keys but I only went right at 2 inches which is about the max you can go without affecting the ride and wear on things too much.
