Default Should I bother replacing door seals?

I linked a video of what's going on on my H2, I'm trying to figure out should I re buy the gutter seal at the top and get a higher quality one. or should I replace the door seal? also some advice on routing the door seals would be appreciated.

it helps to pull the rubbers off and really clean the dirt and caked mud out of the channels. use a good stiff brush that can get into the crevices and some warm soapy water. if it is real bad maybe just let them soak in a bucket for a while. if the rubbers feel or look dried out tough or dull you can rub them with superlube grease to kind of re condition them for a bit.

Good advice:
Every fall I get an old sock and a few tubes of Dioletric (Clear) Grease. Soak the sock and rub down all the door seals ..inner and outer. Prevents them for freezing shut in the cold and keeps them lube-ed . Just don't rub up against them when getting in and out of your 2.....L.O.L.
