Default Seeking Advice on Installing Home EV Charging Solutions

Hello everyone.

I am considering installing a home charging solution for my electric vehicle and would like advice from experienced users. Savings on fuel and convenience are my main motivations, but I am unsure about installation costs, electrical requirements, and long-term reliability.

Specifically, I want to know whether EV chargers for home are worth the investment compared to public charging stations, and what factors should influence the choice of brand and power level.

Soon I plan to buy an electric car, so I would appreciate practical experiences, installation tips, and any hidden costs or safety considerations I should be aware of before installation.
