Ran a diagnostics on my 03 H2 and got these results...

I bought a diagnostic reader for my H2 because I kept getting a check engine light. The code I kept getting was P0455 Emission Leak. I just changed the fuel tank cap hopefully that solves the issue. We’ll update you guys in a few days. I also ran another test and got the results in the attached Pic. Can anyone let me know what’s the issue if there is any? Thank you all in advance for your time and help.

Assuming you cleared any warnings and your engine is running fine, then what you're seeing displayed may not be accurate. Only a Tech2 would be 100% trustworthy, other devices have limited access to the OBD2 comms due to the chipsets they have to use...
looks like the codes have been cleared recently and the vehicle is awaiting a drive cycle or relearn to finish checking the IM monitors. those are not DTC's the picture looks like an IM monitor test. you have to familiarize yourself with the scan tool.
