so i have had some water getting in around the airbox and blower motor in the passenger foot well.....after reading a few post on the forum i removed the cowl and saw that the black plastic cover that fits under the cowl with the rubber seal around it was bad and i removed the rubber seal and them put the cover back with some flex-seal tape and that sealed it really good....fast forward 3 weeks and it looks like i still have water coming in from somewhere into the airbox and forward firewall area still.....what should i look for now....i figured sealing that black plastic cover would fix it but it's still getting in from somewhere .....any help on where to look next is much appreciated !!!!

Look for a cooling system (water soluble) UV dye at your auto-parts store. Pour into bucket of water. Get UV flashlight from Harbor Freight Tools for $10. Buy anti-UV glasses at safety store.

Have assistant start pouring or spraying said water over suspect vehicle areas slowly. Lay inside vehicle with flashlight.
