Hummer H2 For those who like a little more gleam to their Hummer, the H2 offers a similar rugged look as the H1, but as a lower cost, and with more added features, making it almost a massive luxury SUV.

It looks like you'll need mating part to the above, i.e. Male Housing 1216200 but remember these connectors usually come in separate parts i.e. pins, shells, locks, seals etc so when ordering make sure you get the kit

If my info is correct, these parts on eBay might be the one's need, you get genuine Delphi parts both male and female so your covered.

I've just ordered a 2-off from eBay.

BTW your truck will still be stock as you're only modifying the Marker wires, not the main harness.

You'll need a crimping tool and be carefully when pushing the pins in, they are not designed to come out, ever!

Also the seals go on wires first.

If you solder the pins and it spills out around the pin, making it fatter, it probably won't fit.

Alternatively, you can buy pigtail versions i.e. with wires your can solder on to or splice such as these from RA
or these which I also found on-line.

Please note this is only what I estimate, I could be wrong so please check..
Phil Pereira did you find this information helpful?

Hello, I’m sorry have been busy and just was able to try this on the hummer! Yes it definitely helped me, very useful! Was able to keep the same harness and just use the connectors like you’ve said!
in regards to the CEL I think I’ve found the culprit! I was under the car to check something and I notice that my muffler is broken (cracked to be more precisely) so I’m assuming that I have air going into the exhaust system which is providing a bad rear to the O2 sensors and so the engine light comes on! Notice that my O2 sensors are brand new GM products so can’t be that!
let me know what you guys think about this thought! Cheers

if the crack is between the manifold and first and second O2 sensors and maybe 10" after the 2nd O2 then it might be a possibility. have it welded if on the down pipes / back.

Glad the connectors were OK.

Talking about marker lights put a jinx on mine, both my rear ones are now faulty, left is dead/intermittent, the right only partially working, think its the cold weather.

Others may be able to help you better with the muffler question.

My manifold was rusted, heat shields were basically just hanging there, I’ve replaced it yesterday and the hummer drives / sounds/runs so much better now! I used to “lose” power between 20-40 mph and since I replaced it that didn’t happen again!
now I just have the muffler and the exhaust connector pipe to take care off, the cracked area is on the top of the muffler itself! Hopefully after this all the Engine light will not bother me anymore!
I believe the previous owner was more a tech guy than a mechanic maintenance guy even though the electrical part I don’t think it came out that great but it is what it is!

My manifold is rusted, I had to re-secure the heat shield, ALL still OE. What does the muffler have to do with your code?

Hello guys, it has been a while! So I’ve had some free time to work on my hummer lately and FINALLY I think I have a plausible idea of the problem!
so let me explain it to you, I was driving my truck and the CEL came on, I was pissed (bad day at work lol) so I just punched my instrument cluster, the CEL went off!!!!
On the next day the CEL came on and I did it again, lightly this time, and it went off again!
it definitely has to be a wire, bad connection with something, I don’t know what can it be, if you guys can throw some ideas would be very much appreciated!!!! Thank you
