Anything I should l worry about? My mechanic says its a straight drop in,since I already have an Alpha no need to change out anything, flash the ECM and its straight forward, unlike an LS3 that you need to play around with the serpentine brackets, BUT I WANT IT! So I would love a little input please??

Besides the wiring, dry sump oil pan and other mechanical differences yeah, it will bolt up to the Alpha motor mounts.
With the LSA HP/Torque you will blow the trans, Tcase, front diff, etc.

Another dreamer.
Ever get under you Alpha and LOOK?
Your mechanic sees your wallet and is not even talking to you. Not to mention that your mechanic knows nothing about an H3/H3T Alpha. He thinks it is like any other GM V8 pick up truck.
I know a guy that put and SC on his 6.0L H2, went through 3 performance built Transmissions in 3 years. Get to know your local Transmission Performance shop owner real good, you would be seeing him often.
