Hummer H2 For those who like a little more gleam to their Hummer, the H2 offers a similar rugged look as the H1, but as a lower cost, and with more added features, making it almost a massive luxury SUV.

It definitely does not sound like from the cats. It’s very rhythmic, deep diesel sounding from inside the cab. Also just changed oil today. It was dark but no metal pieces or shinyness. Just plain worn out oil.

Here is a video that clearly demonstrates the sound(inside the cab while driving) It is definitely more pronounced when moving.

I should have figured. The bolt is actually broken so I guess the clamp it is. Ain’t no way in hell I’m gonna mess with that bolt.

The clamp for the rear driver side bolt works great and is a permanent fix. Bit of a pain to install as there is a threaded hole on the back side of the block that you have to thread a bolt into by feel as you cannot see it. Once the clamp is bolted on then you can simply tighten another bolt that will push the manifold back against the block. Easiest is to remove the front wheel and wheel house liner and get at it that way.

I’m a young 16 year old. So I’ll be able to climb on top and find a way to get it on. I am far too lazy to take the wheel liner out. I’ll hang by my feet off the roof before I have remove those stupid push clips they use.😂
