Gen Z? To clarify, both designed knock sensors are MOUNTED VIA THREADED into the BLOCK, 6.0's mount in the block under the intake & 6.2's mount in the block on the sides. Look at the post above for location and you will see the valve cover. Btw, I've been on KP since the 60's and to this day I can't hit the rack with a sink full of dishes that my wife, kids, and grandkids leave behind.

Ok Grease Trap Boy.... I know that the older H2's pre 08 have them under the intake. And the 08-09 are BOLTED to the Block with a BOLT that passes thru the KS. The KS touchs the block and ceress's the face side of the block and listens for the internal fighting between cheap AZZ fule and a bananna shapped rods.
We are shooting blanks and beating a dead horse. And I have no dishes in the sink because I use the Toval Oven to cook my food and eat on the counter and Smoke cigars and sit around in my underware and put my feet up on the coffee table and every now and then I pass gas.
