Default H2 Key fob options

Is there a flip Key available somewhere on the www for the H2?
Or any other options for that matter?
Every vehicle I've owned has the Key/fob built into a single unit. Seems like there should be something on the market to combine the two and I suspect someone on here has one. Give me some details!!

Thanks for the info. The price seems fairly reasonable. Hopefully the dealership doesn't rape me to have it programmed.

You can program key fobs at home.

2003-2007

2008/2009

I've done this with my 09 many times.
I might end up getting the key cut if I can program this one.

i did see there was an upgraded Key for our H2s once. I think it gave you remote status, extended range, TPMS etc etc... Anyone ever go down that route ?

Here's a pic:
These seem to only be for the 2008/2009 models. I think you have to go viper or some other third party if you want remote start, etc.

Here's some links ($145 and $243 respectively). No clue what the difference is or what the compatibility is.

Transmitter Pkg | Genuine GM | 19171129 : GM Parts Direct: Your direct source for Genuine GM Parts
Transmitter Pkg | Genuine GM | 17802087 : GM Parts Direct: Your direct source for Genuine GM Parts

My best guess is the cheap link is the remote only, then expensive link is the entire package. Entire package is this:

This one is OOS/EOL.
Transmitter Pkg | Genuine GM | 19244165 : GM Parts Direct: Your direct source for Genuine GM Parts

I don't really see the benefit. It's another electronic device to break. Other than extended range for starting your vehicle on a cold/hot day, I don't see much of a benefit, honestly.

Thanks for the helpful info!! Also, just realized that the item description on eBay (for the flip Key) there is a link for programming instructions.

I guess i liked the fact that you could monitor the status of the car from afar as well as check the TPMS readings. I am not sure if my h2 came with TPMS, and have never known how to check etc...
